Customer will receive the highest profit for deposit amount in his/her Nagad account

Terms and Conditions

All regular customers of Nagad shall be eligible to avail the profit as per the table below.

• Profit shall be disbursed on a monthly basis.
• Profit shall be calculated on day end balance on a monthly basis.
• Profit shall be disbursed directly to the Nagad account after deduction of applicable tax and/or VAT in accordance with Bangladeshi laws.
• If disbursement of profit fails due to any customer account status issue, customer shall not receive disbursement for the relevant month.
• In order to receive a disbursement of profit, the customer account must be active.
• Nagad reserves the right to change/modify these terms & conditions or cancel the entire product at any time without giving any prior notice.
• Nagad reserves the right to cancel profit as per applicable laws, regulatory guideline(s) and/or internal policies.

Profit Opt-Out Procedure

• Customers can opt-in or opt-out of the profit product by providing a service request through Nagad’s call center number 16167.
• Customers shall be notified in the event of successful execution of the request.

“Nagad”, has launched a new Cash-Out charge effective from 6 October. With this new price, a customer can Cash-Out at 1.45% rate from any Nagad Uddokta Point. It means the cash out charge of Nagad is now 14 Taka 50 paisa per 1000 Taka.

In addition to the offer, customers will receive extra BDT 5 cashback (0.5%) for every BDT 1,000 Cash-In transaction. The cashback will send to the customer wallet within 72 hours.

After successful registration, every customer of Nagad will be eligible for Cash-Out at 1.45% rate. Anyone can open Nagad account through self-registration with Nagad App or from any Uddokta point. In both cases, a new customer will receive BDT 25 after successful registration. Nagad reserves all rights to change the pricing, modality, and denomination at any point of time. This offer will remain effective until further notice.
